Smart Technologies for Sustainable Buildings – TeSmES

Building Automation Solutions for Energy Efficiency in Buildings

The TeSmES project focuses on analyzing the possibilities offered by building automation solutions to transform existing buildings into Smart Buildings. The main objective is to optimize the systems within the buildings, with a particular emphasis on intelligent control solutions.

The project is developed in collaboration between the Free University of Bolzano and the company myGEKKO / Ekon, and is funded by the Cassa di Risparmio Foundation. Specifically, Riccardo Albertin, a research fellow, is responsible for the activities outlined in the project, while the scientific coordination is provided by Giovanni Pernigotto, Associate Professor at the Free University of Bolzano (Building Physics Lab).
